Leslie and I (Darren) are very happy to offer three vacation rental properties in Seaside, Oregon. We've been renting the Franklin property since 2008 and have had some great people and families as our guests. We'd like to thank you all!! This site has been created largely for you (but everyone is welcome!), our past guests, because we don't want you to pay the steep service fees VRBO and AirBnB (and other sites) charge you.
Here, you can check availability and rates, and book your desired dates for all houses. Payment is made securely through PayPal (using a credit card or your PayPal account), but if you prefer we can take a credit card payment over the phone, or you can send a check. Just send me an email and we can figure out what works best for you.
There are no extra fees here. Of course, we welcome four legged guests and don't charge an extra fee (unless the pet isn't picked up after). Have more than two people staying with you? We won't charge you extra for them! Save money by not paying a management fee or service fee!
We take a lot of pride in the service we offer our guests and friends. I'm available via email, text, and phone pretty much all of the time. If I'm not available, you'll be able to contact the onsite manager if needed. Our manager, housekeeper, and handyman truly are the best, mostly because they take pride in the happiness of their guests. We really have a great partnership that results in the absolute best service to you. Leslie and I have great appreciation for them.
